Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project amount is required upon acceptance of the quote to secure the booking and commence work.

Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via EFT, bank transfer, credit card, and LayUp.

Hourly Billing: Any work completed from 0-1 hour will be billed at the full hourly rate, regardless of whether it takes the full hour.

Payment Deadline: All invoices must be settled within 30 days of project completions.

Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 90 days of completion will incur a charge of 25% charge of the total invoice per month  of being late.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a confirmed job after accepting the quote, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total job amount will be charged.
Cancellation by Neoteric Media: Neoteric Media reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and discuss alternative arrangements.

LayUp Lay Buy Policy

LayUp Installments: Neoteric Media offers lay buys through LayUp for eligible projects.
Terms of Lay Buy: Lay buy terms and conditions are subject to LayUp’s policies and will be agreed upon separately during the lay buy process.

Liability and Warranty

Liability: Neoteric Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in line with industry standards.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to intellectual property created during the project will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Non-disclosure: Neoteric Media agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the client.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Amendments

Changes: Neoteric Media reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
